Additionally, Victory Prime Care employs qualified and experienced staff who undergo rigorous recruitment, induction, and training processes, including criminal record checks, NDIS Worker Orientation Module training, and COVID-19 Infection Control training. Staff are also required to undergo Working with Children Checks when necessary.
